This tip is very simple and its one I use myself….sleep more!
This might sound a bit silly but it works. The more time you spend asleep the less hours you are awake so you can’t eat as much. There is even a name for this diet, The Sleeping Beauty Diet and apparently Elvis was a fan of it when he couldn’t fit into his famous jumpsuits! However in all seriousness if you can take naps in the afternoon and or try and go to bed a little earlier this will stop you eating more calories. I have quite a few clients who say they eat out of boredom and they know they are not hungry. Having a nap on a Saturday afternoon takes away an hour or so of where they may eat unnecessarily. People might say you are lazy I say its clever thinking.
