Perhaps the slow and steady approach to dropping body weight is a better one in the long run? Notice I’m referring to dropping body weight. Most people new to the gym are focused on weight until they understand the difference between dropping body weight and body fat. However, using the same approach will still be better than rapid drops in body weight in a short period of time.
