When trying to drop body fat the importance of trying to diet on as many calories as possible cannot be underestimated. In my experience dropping calories too low too early makes it a lot harder further down the line, increasing your chances of hitting a plateau and ultimately falling off the wagon.
If I wore a headband and did a hard cardiovascular gym session do you reckon I would lose any fat off of my head?
No, me either. However some people wear waist sweat bands around their stomach thinking it’s helping them burn more fat around the mid section. It’s no different to my head band except for my headband also protects my eyes from sweat 😎
It’s March already. This year is moving very fast and in a minute it’s going to be summer. People are booking holidays and thinking about getting into shape for this holiday. It’s time to stop thinking and start acting. Now is the time to start putting a plan into action.
