When dieting for fat loss which is the best diet to go with? Obviously the one that works. But anyone who is promoting some sort of diet will tell you their diet works. Anyone you know who has dropped body fat using some sort of diet will tell you that is the best one to do because it worked for them. That’s the thing… it worked for them. That doesn't mean it will work for you as well.
You may find you have to try different diets before you come across one that works for you. The one that works for you will be the one you can adhere to whilst still dropping body fat. It’s probably worth looking into whichever diet you decide to embark on before trying it. If you do some research you may find certain aspects don't work for you. If you don't like weighing food then perhaps flexible dieting isn't for you. If you don't like fasting for periods of time then diets such as the 5-2 diet won’t work.
Any diet will have some kind of calorie restriction on it. How that calorie restriction is done differs and different methods suit different people.
