Personlised Training Plan
Our 6 week personalised training programmes are perfect for those who want a structured programme to follow which will guide them towards their goals. The programme is designed based on the information you provide and comes complete with weekly check-ins and Q&A’s to ensure you continue making progress. Technique coaching via video will also be provided if necessary.

Flexible dieting or “If It Fits Your Macros” (IIFYM) is becoming a more popular approach to nutrition as it allows you to eat the foods you want to eat as long as you stay within your macros. Your macronutrients are proteins, carbohydrates and fats but fibre also plays an important role in IIFYM. It is not an excuse to eat pizzas and doughnuts as social media may have you believe but is does allow for a more flexible approach to eating. This can be very beneficial for social events as you can plan your food around the event avoiding the need for the Tupperware box! The amount of calories you eat should directly correlate with your goals. However, what these calories are made up of i.e the amount of protein, carbohydrate and fat can also play a very big part.
Top Performance Macro Coaching is perfect for people who want to be in control of their own diet. You will be provided with tailored macro nutrient targets to hit each day depending on your goals with which you can plan your own food. This service is best used alongside a weight training programme which can be purchased here (link to downloaded able programmes). Additionally you may wish to follow your current programme. In order for this service to work there are requirements that must be adhered to. Please do not buy this option without reading all requirements as refunds will not be issued.

Send all the relevant information I request via email each week on the day I specify
Use a food scale to weigh all of your food
Use bathroom scales to keep an eye on your weight
Be expected to do cardio
It is your responsibility to track your calories and send the information each week. You will be provided with clear instructions on how you are expected to track your calories and the best foods to get your macronutrients from. Failure to adhere to all instructions could result in new macros not being sent on time therefore potentially impacting results.
