    Online Programming

    Our online programming provides you with a tailored programme to fit your goal. Programmes are progressive and include weight progressions, guidance notes and weekly check ins to ensure your progress and allow you to give feedback to your coach so adjustments and advice can be given for the week ahead. Technical feedback on exercise execution is also provided to help you be as technically efficient as possible. Package includes:

    Workout Plan
    Each workout is tailored to help you towards meeting your predetermined goal. Each week of the programme is structured with progressions from week to week. 


    Weekly email check ins
    Once a week we will communicate via email/text to catch up on how things are going, any difficulties you may be having and whether we need to make any changes to your plan. Where required we will arrange a phone/Face-time call.

    Technique Analysis via video
    With your check ins feel free to send videos for technical analysis. A response will be made via message or where applicable a separate video with a voiceover explaining technical pointers will be created.

    Full Online Coaching 

    Our full online coaching package provides you with everything you get with our online programming but we will also take care of your nutrition. Weekly check ins with your coach will not only determine the plan for the week ahead in regards to training but also your nutrition. Whether your goal is dropping body fat or gaining muscle mass, Top Performance online coaching will provide you with all the tools you need to get the results you want. Package includes:

     Requirements for Online Coaching:

    • Use my fitness pal or an equivalent app to track your calories and macros
    • Send all the relevant information I request via email each week on the day I specify
    • Use a food scale to weigh all of your food
    • Use bathroom scales to keep an eye on your weight
    • Be expected to do cardio
    Please note: It is your responsibility to track your calories and send the information each week if this is how we have decided to structure your nutrition. You will be provided with clear instructions on how you are expected to track your calories and the best foods to get your macronutrients from. Failure to adhere to all instructions could result in new macros not being sent on time therefore potentially impacting results.
