You will be provided with tailored macro nutrient targets to hit each day depending on your goals with which you can plan your own food. This service is best used alongside a weight training programme. Additionally you may wish to follow your current programme. In order for this service to work there are requirements that must be adhered to. Please do not buy this option without reading all requirements as refunds will not be issued.
Use my fitness pal or an equivalent app to track your calories and macros
Send all the relevant information I request via email each week on the day I specify
Use a food scale to weigh all of your food
Use bathroom scales to keep an eye on your weight
Be expected to do cardio
It is your responsibility to track your calories and send the information each week. You will be provided with clear instructions on how you are expected to track your calories and the best foods to get your macronutrients from. Failure to adhere to all instructions could result in new macros not being sent on time therefore potentially impacting results.
