Do I need to be experienced to join the programme?
We would recommend you have some experience in using gym equipment. Each exercise will come with an exercise library detailing how to execute each exercise.
What equipment will I need?
You will need access to a gym with machines such as leg press as well as dumbbells, barbells and cable machines
Can i join the programme with an injury?
Alternative exercises will be given for each exercise but the programme won’t be tailored around specific injuries
Can I join the programme anytime?
Yes the programme is designed for you to join at anytime however each training week starts on a Monday
