IMPROVE STRENGTH AND TECHNIQUE IN 10 WEEKS
Bar Loaded is a group online programme designed for men and women competing at the Base Novice Powerlifting Classic on May 19th.
The programme is based around the squat bench and deadlift and is designed to maximise your strength levels allowing for peak performance on the day of the competition. The programme will be updated each week over 10 weeks leading into a peaking phase for competition day. You will be given detailed video explanations of each training phase, the goals of each phase along with progressions and regressions for each lift asses accessories

I am a 2x BDFPA British Powerlifting champion with over 10 years in coaching clients. I have coached people to win British championships in the BDFPA and to compete in World and European championships in British powerlifting.
Having competed in powerlifting for many years I have gained extensive knowledge and experience around strength training, effective methods and exercise execution.
I created Bar Loaded to help people who want to build the confidence and strength to perform at their best at the Novice Powerlifting Classic
FAQ
Do I need to be able to Squat Bench and deadlift to join the strength squad?
I would recommend you have some experience in all three lifts as this is powerlifting specific programme. Monthly technical feedback will be provided on each lift.
Is there a required strength level needed in order to sign up?
No. Anyone who has experience in the squat, bench and deadlift are more than welcome to join the programme
What equipment will I need?
You will need access to a squat rack, a barbell with plates and a bench. Ideally you will have full access to a gym for the accessory work within the programme however alternatives will be provided for all exercises
Can i join the programme with an injury?
The programme is geared around improving strength and technique on the main 3 lifts therefore we would recommend you are able to perform all the above lifts without pain before joining the programme
How much time do I need to dedicate to the programme?
The programme will be spread over 4 days per week. You will need to dedicate approximately 70-90 minutes each session
